How much does it cost?

Packages start at $1,200. Final pricing depends on which trailer you choose, your event date, duration, and delivery location. Fill out our quick form and we'll send your exact quote usually same day.

What's included in the price?

Everything. Delivery, professional setup, premium supplies (soap, paper products, air freshener), and pickup after your event. No hidden fees, no fuel surcharges, no surprise charges at the end.

Which trailer is right for my event?

The Grand is our most popular for weddings and upscale events (50–225 guests). The Estate is ideal when you need ADA accessibility and maximum space (up to 225 guests). The Signature works well for flexible or backyard events (50–300 guests). Not sure? Contact us and we'll recommend based on your guest count and event type.

Do all trailers have air conditioning?

The Grand and The Estate both include full climate control air conditioning and heat. The Signature has ventilation but does not include AC. If temperature control is a priority for your event, we recommend The Grand or The Estate.

How far in advance should I book?

Spring and summer dates book fast we recommend 4–8 weeks ahead for weddings and large events, especially May through October. That said, if your date is coming up soon, reach out anyway and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What if it rains on my event day?

The Grand and Estate trailers are fully enclosed and climate-controlled rain, heat, or cold, your guests remain comfortable. We also provide exterior lighting and non-slip entry steps. The Signature is enclosed as well, just without AC.
